OUT NOW: INSERT #9: Writing In Between Shifts
Under the title Writing In Between Shifts, this ninth issue of INSERT centers on writing as a practice that shifts ways of knowing, thinking, and becoming beyond established frameworks and categories. The texts are brought together through a transversal endeavor of practice-sharing, emerging from diverse perspectives situated between the arts and academia. Each contribution draws from this in-betweenness in its own way, exploring the transformative potential of writing as resistance to individualistic and authoritarian systems of power. This issue thus invites readers to engage with writing as a situated mode of relating and to take part in a shared process of shifting across a multiplicity of perspectives.
Edited by Delphine Chapuis Schmitz, with contributions from Ruth Amstutz, Caroline Arni, Volmir Cordeiro, Maria Fusco, Fiona Hanley, Ines Kleesattel & Romy Rüegger, Klara Du Plessis and Myriam Suchet.
